The Aeverce ecosystem, including its proprietary core system ae, all existing and future services, interfaces, software architectures, source code, databases, functionalities, visual identities, graphic elements, names, denominations, logos, symbols, designs, concepts, and underlying technologies, is the exclusive and full property of Aeverce.

This protection expressly applies to all current services, including but not limited to AeGames, AeBook, AeMusic, AeMe, AeReminder, AeAds, AeTalents, AeHelp, AeChat, AeShare, AeCloud, AeFlow, AeTopic, Kamellia, and AeWatch, as well as to any future services, modules, features, updates, extensions, or components developed, published, implemented, or integrated into the Aeverce ecosystem, whether identified at the time of creation or not.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation, extraction, distribution, transmission, commercialization, or use, in whole or in part, of the Aeverce ecosystem or any of its elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Aeverce, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement under applicable intellectual property, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition laws.

All Aeverce trademarks are registered and protected with the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI).
