Who we are
XAE is published and operated by Aeverce® (“Aeverce”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information XAE processes, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

Data stored on your device
Most XAE data remains stored locally on your device.
Depending on your usage, the application may store:
optional first name provided during onboarding
language preferences
micro-apps and their associated data
cloud AI settings
a randomly generated device identifier (UUID) used for cloud usage management and rate limiting
XAE does not require or collect:
passwords
email addresses
phone numbers
unless such information is voluntarily included by the user inside prompts or created content.
Data sent to cloud services
When cloud AI features are used, XAE may transmit:
prompt text submitted by the user
current schema data when editing generated applications
the device identifier used for cloud usage counting and abuse prevention
XAE does not transmit:
your onboarding first name
data belonging to unrelated micro-apps
your photo library or personal media outside content explicitly submitted by you
Certain interactions, including simple templates and local features, may be processed directly on the device without cloud transmission whenever technically possible.
Third-party services
XAE relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate cloud-based features.
These may include:
Cloudflare Workers
Google Gemini (Generative Language API)
These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Aeverce® does not sell personal data.
Notifications
If notification permissions are granted, XAE may schedule local notifications and reminders on your device.
Notification content remains stored locally and is not uploaded to Aeverce® servers solely for reminder delivery purposes.
Permissions
XAE may request the following permissions depending on the features used:
Internet
Used for cloud AI functionality and synchronization of cloud-based services.
Notifications
Used exclusively for reminder alerts and user-requested notifications.
Microphone
Used for optional voice-to-text functionality.
Where cloud transcription services are available, short audio clips may be transmitted for speech recognition. Otherwise, Android’s native speech recognition services may be used.
Activity Recognition
Used exclusively by step-counting micro-apps to access step sensor data available on the device.
XAE does not request access to:
precise location
camera
contacts
unless such permissions are explicitly introduced and disclosed in a future update.
Retention
Data stored locally on your device remains available until:
you delete it manually
you clear the application data
you uninstall XAE
Cloud usage counters used for rate limiting are automatically deleted after approximately 24 hours.
Aeverce® does not maintain a centralized user profile database for XAE users.
Your rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights relating to:
access
rectification
deletion
restriction of processing
objection
data portability
Because most XAE data is stored locally on your device, you generally remain in direct control of that information.
Clearing application data generates a new device identifier and resets cloud usage tracking associated with the previous identifier.
Children
XAE is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Aeverce® does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
XAE uses HTTPS encryption for cloud communications and additional technical safeguards designed to protect transmitted information.
However, no security system can guarantee absolute protection.
Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through prompts or cloud AI interactions.
Changes to this Policy
Aeverce® may update this Privacy Policy from time to time for legal, technical, operational, or security reasons.
Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of XAE after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
